Darier Disease - Key Clinical Features

(1) Keratotic papules on seborrhoeic areas of the trunk and face (upper chest, back, neck, forhead, ears, scalp)

(2) Erythematous plaques in flexures

(3) Verrucous plaques

(4) Pits on palms and soles

(5) Punctuated keratoses on palms and soles

(6) Punctuated keratoses on the dorsum of hands and feet

(7) Fragile and split nails

(8) Red and white longitudinal stripes of the nails

(9) V-shaped nick of the free margin of the nails

(10) Exacerbation by UVB irradiation, heat, friction, infection, sweating

(11) Malodorous plaques
