Centre Registration

Part of the GENESKIN website content consists of a list of reference centres dedicated to clinical, diagnostic and research activities on the diseases comprised in the website. In an attempt to offer to the public a list as comprehensive as possible, we would like to include other centres than those already recorded

If you wish to indicate your Department/Unit/Laboratory, you should conform to the following instructions.

Instructions for submitting registration forms

1. Please, download the registration form for clinical/diagnostic/research centres & patients' associations. These forms will open in Word format on your screen.
2. Read it carefully and fill in the requested information.
3. E-mail the completed form as an attachment to c.kulic@salk.at

Note: a single form for centre registration plus one form for patients’ associations
