(1) Erythematous and hyperkeratotic plaques on the face and the limbs

(2) Palmo-plantar keratoderma with coarse grain aspect of the skin

(3) Ederly facies with deep grooves

(4) Sparse or absent hair, eyelashes and eyebrows

(5) Hyperplastic inflammatory nodules

(6) Congenital sensorineural hearing loss

(7) Vascularizing keratitis

(8) Photophobia
